Do you recommend this chair if I have knee issues?

Why do my shins hurt at first?

Will the cushions flatten over time?

MoonAlly comfortably fits users up to 6'2" and 250 lbs. If you're near that height, use the tallest seat setting and pair it with a desk of 30" or higher. If you're broad through the hips, keep the seat centered so the oak sides clear your legs. Beyond 6'2" or 250 lbs, this chair isn't the right fit.
Will it fit under my desk?
Seat height is about 20", which works under most desks in the 29"–35" range, including standing desks. No tools needed to adjust. If your knees brush the underside, raise the desk or lower the seat one notch.
Is it stable, or does it wobble?
The rocking motion is a controlled, intentional feature — that's what engages your core. Side-to-side looseness is different: tighten the cross-bolts firmly after the first week of use as the oak settles. Once tightened, the frame handles up to 250 lbs and is covered by the 5-year warranty.
My knee pad keeps sliding — how do I fix it?
Place both bolts in the notch position you want, then tighten the knobs firmly — firmer than feels natural. If the pad still moves, it's likely off by one notch: lift, reposition, retighten. Knobs loosen naturally over time, so a quick check every few weeks keeps everything in place.
How complicated is the assembly?
About 15–20 minutes with the printed manual included in the box; no power tools required. Pro tip: have someone hold the side panels while you thread the bolts, and leave every bolt loose until they're all in — then tighten everything at the end.
